With an ongoing battle by animal rights groups to stop the trade in ‘exotic’ animals, there are calls to ban wild caught animals, including fish, from entering the UK. Be aware of the regulations that govern our hobby, from the risk of positive lists, the incoming regulations about vet treatment for fish, how if you have a fish house you might be breaking the law, and most importantly what you can do to help protect our fish keeping hobby moving forward.
